Here are the blessings for candles, wine or grape juice, apples (to be eaten with honey!), and challah; on the flipside there is simple sheet music for a two-line grace after meals (which I wrote about at Velveteen Rabbi some years ago: Brich rachamana.) This Aramaic one-liner is listed in the Talmud as the shortest permissible Grace After Meals.
